yin yang yoga

Join me for a luxurious two-hour bath in this sacred practice. This class will kick off with yang style yoga, an active and heating vinyasa (flow), followed by some yin poses where we will deepen into the floor postures by holding the poses for longer stretches of time, and then culminating in an extended period of relaxation (yoga nidra).

This class is a fun and playful mix of a few types of yoga, focusing on deepening your relationship with your body. This class will leave you feeling released, re-energized and restored.

Please bring a yoga mat and any props you have (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters). But don't worry if you don't have these things! I have some to share.

Join me for this one-hour introductory dive into yoga. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you can obtain benefits from this class. We will move mindfully and artfully though a series of poses, offering a chance for you to connect deeply with yourself and the way your body moves. This class is slower than most vinyasa classes, so as to provide the opportunity for you to absorb the effects of your movement and to really explore the edges of each pose. Linking breath to movement helps to unravel old patterns and make room for energy to flow freely, alleviating aches, pains, and tension. It relaxes the mind and nervous system, providing a healthy reset for the week.

This class is fun and challenging, but accessible to all skill levels. It provides specific instruction so you can build a strong and safe foundation for your practice.
